For players I would suggest waiting for 1.69 to come out then let the servers update first. For builders it's pretty easy to set up multi copies of NWN to update one and still play the other. It can be tricky doing it but it can be done.

Well even my mage that does have it has 6 levels don't see the reason to do just 1 level and get much out of it. My other build has 15 levels of pal and I forget how many Cleric along with WM. I will agree the % needs to be lower.
