Either someone came on as a DM or the slaads may bug and respawn into other monsters. My slaad respawned as the dracolich and then the hate monster. It even followed a player from outside the keep wall into the temple.

Now it is working!

On two separate accts porting into Blackrose with the rune fails to complete. I have to close the game. This happened just after the reset.
