i have the quest from Cranford, but when i go to the cave, it says talk to Cranford and ask him about the ominous cave when you have completed all he asks of you.

i know this might sound like a stupid question, but when i spoke to Silvey, the 1st things she said asked was "are you ready to follow Lia?" so i would assume if i say yes, i will no longer be a follower of Vor, correct? i don't want to change Deities.
