I never said i was still sane and i am still for simply turning it off for everyone except the dm's.
Much simplier solution then having to remind peoples, who sometime get offuscate, and play cops.

Personally, i say turn off the Shout channel for all players. You want to chat with other players, join a party. You want to be raise from the death, don't use that channel, join a party or send a tell. In fact, shouting as a way of make me mad, either send a private tell or speak in party chat. My ...

The exact message is: ""insert god name here" will only bless a weapon that is untouched"
And i am using a standar weapon with nothing on it, same for the armors i have tried.

What a nice idea! No xp or drops, would be nice if we could spawn more then one at a time also. But why not an umgah mage, just have to summon other kind of beasties if you don't want to practice on him

Yes, the sword can, just done it this morning but...be sure to have plenty of gp, did forge mine when it was at +10 EB...was costing me around 500k gp for each forgie i was adding to it (cost getting higher with each one you add so the last one i forge on the sword cost me around 750k gp).
