There are VIII summons scrolls available at the marvale merchant... Other than that you might ask a skilled caster to craft you those scrolls ...

Personally would prefer the ability to lock the door from inside to stop this loot stealing thus only people in party with the one in can join the in the raid not another group/party... Much better than making another PvP area..

I believe you'll find the answer to this in the recent update it would appear DAK runes are being phased out ...

This can happen if you have a full inventory or near to full if the engine can not locate enough space it will drop and you'll not be able to pick it up again ever.. Take real care to keep your inventory relatively clear enough to pick up the largest of items better still have at least a block of 4x...
