Currently the best weapon choice for this build is kukri, not battleaxe or dwarven waraxe.
I also recommend swapping Epic Weapon Specialization for Blind Fight, since more mobs have concealment now compared to when the build was first posted.

I no longer recommend making this build for PvM.
There are other melee builds that do similar or better damage on all boss runs, and those other builds can also be used for solo PvM since they can self-buff.

There's no single best DPS build for every boss run.
A STR based melee build with Devastating Critical will out-damage other builds against almost all mobs on the server, but you'll need to use different builds for different boss runs.

You should have 76 (43 Ranks + 20 INT + 13 Feats) CA/CW before any skill bonuses, so you might want to consider rebuilding your crafter. Scenario A would happen, the DC Fort save and OC Massive Criticals are completely separate.
