Currently, the Electrifier should be working as it did by default. The only difference for now, is it will require the appropriate Cleric levels to charge heal and resurrection items. Err.... DM Eaze and I were looking at the horned ring the other day and noticed that mine (not sure if this applies to anyone else) was applying the new stats over and over. Every time it is equipped. I have replicated this bug several time. It happens every time you equip the item or login with it equipped.
