Dodging AoO is not a problem with WM, they get the feats to ignore those anyway. Well they need the feats for the WM class, dodge, mobility and spring attack. So AoO are not a problem. The +8 dodge bonus is nice, that means you only need to get +12 from somewhere else, crafted boots with +6 dodge an...

And what if you are good? I mean to get up you need to beat tougher opponents, what if when you are so good that you can beat even tougher opponents then your level-appropriate enemies? Been grinding those lizzard things (tyranids?)in the swamp and when i was about to leave they started to drop stuff.

I'm sorry. I haven't been in the underdark lately. But if i would have been i always avoid the mages and kill the normal umgahs then jump out again to heal. I'm not going to bother with the mages. People should just ignore them and maybe they will go away  Gues you have to make a pc that ca...

Well I was expecting that, I was not disappointed at all. Thanks for making my point. Land of the free, not. So I guess this is an official notice that all post should be in English. So is that American or British English? Dat is de tweede post verwijderd, schijnbaar kan hij niet tegen zijn verlies.

i found a cloak that gives divine protection but that is evil only and it is 10/-. Which should give some protection vs a smiting paladin. But seeing as greater ruin is positive it will not work. So far magic and positive damage types are a pain. others are not to much trouble. Ok that is it, i'm go...

I'll go, i've just gave up on buying a godly dwarven axe. Sold it all to buy some gear for an arcane archer. So my shifter isn't burdoned with loads of gold and he can die happely now, over and over and over and over and over... (three days later) ... and over and over and over.... you get my point ...

interesting, i thoughed improved evasion and sr of monk would help. Hellball is reflex save and greater ruin is fort. I have tested it out with that armor that gives improved evasion, but even after a saved reflex save i got damage from the hellball. I know i made a suggestion about the save on epic...

Well my shifter only get beaten down by failed saves on hellball and the sheer amount of greater ruins. It is a tie more or less which gets broken by adding some archers that do those magic damage attacks. Things would go somewhere if they didn't heal that often. I just use the risen lord form and c...

Ok so i don't get it. It almost sounds like fun to go after them in party. Sure party play is fun but i would rather go after the drow city in a party then go in party to the umgahs. Sure the umgah mages are challenging but not rewarding at all. CR vs reward is a bit off. Same exp as normal umgahs s...

well at least nr. 5 was a good idea. With my build it could work. Although my current shifter has only 7 druid lvls, 11 shifter lvls. So both spells and forms aren't great at all. This guy is mainly build on the epic monster Grendel from the Beowulf poem. Bit a freak of nature, a dwarven risen lord....

Yeah well. Seeing as i play shifters i would know a thing or two about this. so if u like solo, i suggest bringing some greater sanctuary and heal scrolls with u(reading scrolls canot be disrupted) and try ur own tactics on them.(hey, they're so kind that they donot even try to bigby or give ya a ti...
