Thats due to their obviously being originally 3 levels to the crypt and seems to be cut down to just one area. If it is just that one area, then it needs to have the area name changed. I think the idea of quests that have decent rewards in a logical order and / or are story based are a good idea, and agree some of the earlier quests that follow on are much harder to handle than you would expect. Being given a follow on quest from the same person, you kind of expect if you handled ...

Ok I still have the head, and now its moved me on to the gnolls quest with the mines quest still not turned in and is still in my journal as not finished.

I got the same thing. Got the quest, killed the goblin king and got his head but it wont let me turn the head in and still have it in my inventory.

I think I was unclear as to what door, so I appologise for that. Its the actual exit from the necromancers crypt itself that goes back into the chapel thats broken. I tested the other doors and the chapel exit back into the outland is working fine.

It asks do you want to help Foxmore recover something else, goes on about the Orc and the orb, and doesnt allow you to accept the quest. It doesnt update your journal or anything, and is acting as inactive just like some of the other quests that have been reported not to work.

The door trans is broken when you try and exit the crypt where you find the necromancer. It doesnt let you back out into outland area beyond the pasture.

Its not working. Gives you the conversation about it, but doesnt trigger the quest or put it in your journal when you accept it.
