If the AC is the higher of the two, then it would be nice for the 'rare' drops to have the AC bonus vs specific to be +7 or higher to make it a benefit when fighting the 'specific'. Otherwise these items are just vendor trash correct?

Does specific saving throws(Fortitude/Reflex/Will) stack with Universal?
Example: +2 Universal, +2 Will
Does this add +2 to Fortitude, +2 to Reflex and +4 to Will?

AC Bonus
Does the AC bonus vs (something specific) stack with regular AC bonus on BSK?
Example: Palidin's Emblem is +4 AC modifier vs Evil, if +6 is added will it be +6 vs good and neutral and +10 vs evil?

The stone that adds it, will remove it when you put it and the removal stone in the forge. So Driller, I have a Bytor I had put a gold stone on.I wanted to remove this trait in anticipation of these changes so I tried putting in a prismatic + gold stone + Bytor but I was told by the golem the stone...

Well said. Idea: if crafting potions are capped at level 3 or lower spells and wands 4th level or lower, perhaps make the highest level spells available via item 5th or 6th? That leaves the highest level spells purely for the actual casters, and we can work on making those spells truly worthwhile. ...

I'm not saying to nerf the Heal spell, I'm saying get rid of the items that keep causing the abuse(ring of heals or harp or whatever is causing this). UMD is in the game for a reason. Use that skill if you want heals without a Healer class. Both of these items have effectively been removed, so that...

UMD is in the game for a reason. Use that skill if you want heals without a Healer class.

It seems to me the real issue isn't the Electrifier, but a few items in the game that give full Heal. Why not remove the abused item? Or make the item with the Heal spell disappear after 10 uses. I see the Electrifier as a convenience, but can see how it can be abused(because of an item with Heal). ...
