I had that issue once, did not get demon forged from boss, but killed champion right after who dropped the demon forged. Gremlins.

Seeing the empty space where the Shadow Devil stands reminded me of Lost City (Vor) where the dragon statue sits. I think it was yesterday that the portal wasn't there. Not sure if it is related to the missing Devil but thought I would mention it.

Maybe this is a silly question but how do you refund a golem? Never mind... apparently my wiz rebuilt into a cleric could get a refund. My first wiz doesn't get the refund option when talking to Bellamy. That explains why I asked how do you refund. On another note: If wizards can refund their golems...

My bone golem broken now too. So you must have 30 levels PM to make a level 40 golem? What if you have less? Can you have up to 10 lvls higher than PM levels on your golem or are you stuck with PM levels if lower than 30?

Happened 3 times to me and to others as well.

Just tested freedom (grease) and he gets slowed. I know KD immune not working because my golem has been on his butt quite a few times. lol
