Today, this hood disappeared. I have an other skin and cannot choice hood at the emporium...

Villages around Blackstone keep like the Hamlet, Bordermarch, Ska Brae,...will be more realistic with more PNJ'S outdoor.
Like Blackstone Commoners for exemple.
