Once I left the instanced(?) area, lost city, I saw it proc again. Odd.

This aligns with my experiences yesterday when doing advisor tombs 1 to 4 and not seeing it proc at all.

Hi Weapons with 5% perk proc chance seem to hit at ~33% for a short while and then stop proc'ing altogether? Does anyone know of a soft fix for this? I picked up the Snake cultist quest but my friend did it while I was offline and handed it in when I rejoined.

Did I miss out on picking up the trading pixie?

Killed over 100 hawks and no feather to be seen. The quest description also says its a thunderhawk?
