Ok - pick some cleric / druid / wizard / sorcerer or even bard levels and get some spells - then you will get possibility to buff yourself in exchange of ab / bonus feats etc. You don't want to pick casting class levels...

There's a dwarven forgemaster in Blackstone that can add enchantment bonus to weapons (+5 enchanted bonus, for example).

Can he also add keen? Or do I need to look into forge stones?

If you can't change it in-game, just change your outlook, and consider it "in character"
